About Beautiful Girls On Orkut....

I came across extremely b'fl girls on orkut ( those girls to whom any producer can offer movie on the spot) and attractive girls who can make any guy fall for them.... After lot of search I found 60-70 girls of these categories.. And I got surprised to see the relation of beauty with their nature..They have numbe of things common.. I mean it.

This forced me to write this post :

1. Most of them are foodie.. and love Junk food like anything.....

2. They usually don't lock scrap book ..
I wonder why don't they lock it like other girls...they don't bother abt it..

3. They have fewer communities in their profile ( around 15-25) compared to other girls.

4. They are patriotic....and are member of I love India or related community

5. They make a point to scrap near & dear ones and ask "How are u? How is life going?"
Instead of just doing timepass and entertaining guys on orkut..


And yes...These points I have noticed about girls who are really beautiful or attractive and not about those whose display pic is just attractive because of some kind of effects..

Its 2 am here .. Only I am awake at this time .. i was doing some work on comp & i switched off the comp...but then this thought of writing blog stucked & again started comp..:)

So here it goes..

Like you, I too get daily around 10-15 mails in mailbox about offers , discounts, courses & even for jobs of salesman :( .. When i ask them , don't u see my educational background , the usual answer is We send mass mail , so we can't help it.

But , I don't get why do these ppl include email address of those people who are not fitting or least fitted for their job criteria in their email list?? Or shall we daily do this additional task of cleaning inbox because of these guys?

I finally replied to one of the mail from lady offering me job of door to door sales. And the worst thing is, they will mention in mail that u will be appointed as management trainee...these guys fool ppl..

I wrote just this line : "Are u the same lady who came to my building yesterday to sell toilet papers??"

This reply made the lady to think. She sent me reply saying she got hurt by my reply & she feels sorry for sending irrelevant job but again gave the reason of mass mailing. How can u continue bothering few lacks people each day ? .. In gmail i have to individually check & delete the mail..it sucks to the core..

I agree i was kind of rude but these ppl don't understand otherwise. There is a person called Mohan. He sends mail every week that ' your interview is schedule on so & so date'....finally when i put him in blocked list my inbox took sigh of relief . :)

MTV ROADIES HELL DOWN UNDER - WHAT THE HELL ???

SUFI MALHOLTRA voted out of the roadies .... what the crap !

He does not deserve this...in spite of fracture in leg, he did all his tasks soo well...He deserves applause...By the way, he voted out just because of BAD LUCK... Palak voted actually by all remaining 4 contestants , but in a twist, she was declared safe & she had to decide whom to vote out..& she voted out Sufi ..sad..

By the way, it was nice to see some bikini babes in the show...especially, guys will be more happy to see tday's episode of MTV Roadies..In the first task, they will get to see 3 hot bikini babes..revealing hotttttt body..

Splitsvilla...same again

MTV's 2nd most popular program Splitsvilla's season 2 started today ..

This time, there going to be 9 girls staying with 9 guys . Each week, one guy & gal will get eliminated. Guys in this season are comparatively smarter & good looking than girls. Nikhil chinappa will be hosting season 2 . This guy has energy but Ranvijay's charisma is lacking somewhere..

I Thought , this time it will be different than Splitsvilla 1. But, in part 2 as well, girls will have to woo a particular guy , who will be called KING. Similarly, guys will have to woo a particular girl , who will be called Queen. King & Queen will decide who will going to be eliminated..they have that special power.

I feel it would have been much better if this particular thing of wooing someone you don't like could have been eliminated. We have seen it in Splitsvilla 1.Seeing someone craving for attention of the guy (or girl) having power , with artificial smile & emotions is Big No No..

Why can't it be as simple as leaving them free & let them bond together & then test the chemistry between them?..let them choose whom they want to have that "special bond".

Twist : In next week, host Nikhil may announce that every week new king & queen will be choosen . That would add the spice to the game.

My experience in call center

I got selected in campus interview in one of the software company...I was waiting for my joining...months of wait was pissing me off....

I wanted to experience new things... I was fascinated with BPO or call center thing..
I wanted to experience how must it be feeling working in night shift? OR travelling
in night with the peers in the same car, especially girls :) ...later I realized no one even talks
with other people...firstly, you are sleepy & tired..secondly, you are stranger..

Firstly, entering call center was too tough for me considering for my qualification, no one was ready to hire me as people like me do leave company shortly..Finally, somehow byhearting magical answer worked ..& i got through..


I joint multinational BPO -CGSL .

At the time of induction, I saw many guys in their 30s or mid twenties ...I said what's this man??.. At this age they are earning Rs.15000 -18000 & dreaming for career in BPO?

We have been told many things about salary, holidays, leave policy..with each announcement their faces was getting more & more swollen.. I was suffocating..I was
feeling I am at wrong place..these guys don't have ambition...

Some guys having 2-3 years of experience in Help desk ( That's what call center should be called more often) was sitting at front rows with chest out...


After joining, I found 2 types of people do work in call center
1.People having no ambitions....(wait..don't make your opinions..)
2.Needy
3. Ok , yah! third like me....those who waste money of a company :)


What I saw was horrible- People were working for 1-2 years with salary Starting from
10K & hike of 1K AFTER 12 months ...Ohhhhhhhh My GOD!..... 1 year is soooooooo long..just imagineee..... People were confused...Most of the people were not having concrete plan what to do next... All they were thinking of is how they can earn Rs.1000 extra in some other call center... What they were interested in is mocking each other, smoking & boosting about some stupid things..

I felt sad .... There is no one to guide them...They don't get enough sleep due to
shifts... They have to suffer in future life..

But, at the same time I saw guys climbing ladder of managerial positions ...These were the smart people who were money minded at the same time clever enough to choose right way..


I left after 1 month.. I had enough experience.
